Cost Allocation Tags - Table of Contents Cost Allocation Taggging overview Cost Allocation Tagging is a new Amazon Glacier feature that allows you to track your Glacier costs on a Vault level. Tags are labels that you can define and assign to your vaults. You can assign the same tag for one or multiple Vaults and use AWS Cost Allocation Reports tool to view a breakdown of costs and usage by tag. You may find more detailed description in Amazon Web Services Blog. With FastGlacier Freeware you can easily manage your Cost Allocation Tags. You can find more detailed instructions below.
To add New Cost Allocation Tag 1. Click Vaults, Advanced, Cost Allocation Tags.. 
Click Vaults, Advanced, Cost Allocation Tags Cost Allocation Tags dialog will open: 
Cost Allocation Tags dialog allows you to Add, Edit and Delete Cost Allocation Tags. 2. Click the Add button. Add New Cost Allocation Tag dialog will open 
Add New Cost Allocation Tag dialog allows you to define new Cost Allocation Tag. 3. Specify the tag name and tag value and click Add new tag. 4. Click Save.
To edit existing Cost Allocation Tag 1. Click Vaults, Advanced, Cost Allocation Tags.. 2. Cost Allocation Tags dialog will open. 3. Select the tag you want to edit and click Edit. 
Select the tag you want to edit and click Edit. You can also double-click the tag to edit it. 4. Edit Cost Allocation Tag dialog will open 
Cost Allocation Tag dialog allows you to modify existing cost allocation tags. 5. Edit tag properties and click Save changes. 6. Click Saveto update tags and close Cost Allocation Tags dialog.
To delete one or multiple cost allocation tags: 1. Click Vaults, Advanced, Cost Allocation Tags.. 2. Cost Allocation Tag dialog will open. 3. Select the tags(s) you want to delete and click the Delete button. 
Select the tags(s) you want to delete and click Delete. 4. Click Save to submit your changes to Amazon Glacier.
